Now, about the play:
We didn’t look at her win rate before playing. But the play was so unusual. Not typical at all of the mechanical plays the most of the models have displayed. We noticed first that she slow-played two hands! She had top pair on the flop but didn’t bet in two turns. I caught second pair on the river and thought I had a sure winner and bet. Surprise! Later she slowed played another hand, again with top pair on the flop. Again I hit lower pair on the river, but didn’t bet this time so minimal loss. At that point I checked her win rate going in. 66%. So I wondered if she had really slow played those hands (which would be a surprising nuance to the game), or if she was just a real fish; poor player, easy money. Next I encountered two hands where she called all the way with absolutely nothing. Also an unusual play from these opponents. Finally the most mystifying hand of all because she slow bet another on with an ace high flush on the flop!!! I discovered it on the river when I again hit second pair with kings. So I bet up and got raised. Most unusual game to get slow-played three times. In the end I have to presume that she was just programmed to play poorly enough to win only 66% of the time, perhaps the lowest score ever. Despite the surprising hands I lost, Barbie wasn’t much of a challenge. The surprise hands did slow down my winning.
Anyway, we enjoyed Barbie and if PC responds we’ll tell you the sordids later.
But the question for Poker chick is: Did you add some random play possibilities into this player? Or was it just a real fluke game against a poor player?
This was the quickest win I ever experienced! It took all of 2 min and 30 seconds to strip Barbie of all her clothes.
